White chicken Karahi

Ginger garlic paste

Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)

Crushed red pepper flakes

Cream or sour cream

to taste

Green chilli
chopped, to taste
Coriander/Cilantro leaves
for garnish
Instructions
In a pot, on low heat, heat the oil. Then add ginger garlic paste and cook for a couple of minutes, make sure to not burn.
Add the chicken then increase heat to medium high and cook chicken till it turns white.
Add yogurt and turmeric powder. Cook on low-medium heat till chicken is cooked.
Add red chilli flakes, black pepper and kasuri methi and cream or sour cream. Mix well and remove from heat.
Garnish with green chili and cilantro (optional)
Serve with your choice of naan, roti, paratha or rice
