In a pot over medium heat, add ground beef and cook till brown and separated.
Add milk and mix well. Next, add bread crumbs, salt, and the spices (except oregano) - black pepper powder, white pepper powder, red chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin powder.
Mix well until incorporated, then turn off the heat. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut the sheets in half.
On one side, add the cooled ground beef mixture to the middle of the puff pastry.
Brush the sides with water. Then bring the two edges to the middle to seal the puff pastry. It should look like a log at this time.
Mix the egg yolk and brush it to the top of the log. Sprinkle with dried oregano.
Slice the log into 8-10 pieces, depending on the size you want.
Transfer to a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven at 400ºF for 7-10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350ºF and bake for another 5-7 minutes till golden.
