This easy masala papad is a mouth-watering snack made with roasted papad topped with fresh vegetables, and chaat masala for a simple snack ready in under 10 minutes.
Stovetop directions: Roast the papad on a pan, on the stovetop on low to medium flame. Rotate and flip the papad so it cooks evenly on all sides.
Microwave Instructions: Place papad in the middle of the microwave oven. Turn on the microwave for 30 seconds. Flip and repeat for 15 second intervals until fully roasted. (Time may vary depending on the wattage of your microwave)
Masala Papad
To make the masala papad, place one papad on a plate.
Top with diced red onions, cilantro and chaat masala. You can adjust the quantity of the toppings per your taste.
