Instructions
In a bowl add the diced onion,cucumber,tomatoes and green chili (if using). Add in the salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Then add in cilantro, and mix until fully incorporated.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Kachumbar salad should be served within a day so the vegetables stay crunchy.
