Instructions
Make popcorn as usual. This recipe works best with unsalted, air popped or stove top popcorn. Once the popcorn has popped, let it cool slightly.
In a frying pan add oil/ butter melt gur or jaggery on a low heat. Once melted, add cardamom powder. Mix together, and turn off the stove.
Working quickly, add the popcorn and and carefully fold the jaggery into the popcorn.
Once covered, spread on a baking tray and let it cool on a single flat layer.
Let the popcorn cool and the jaggery harden for about 10-15 minutes.
