This ground beef cutlet recipe is a simple variation of a kabab, made with ground beef and only a few simple spices for a tasty appetizer or for a simple sandwich!
In a shallow bowl filled with water, soak 2 slices of bread.
In a separate, large bowl add ground beef, ginger-garlic paste, ground spices, and 1 slice of soaked bread and mix well with a fork until everything is combined. Set it aside at least for 30 mins.
Divide the mixture into 6-8 balls. If the mixture is tacky at this stage, add another slice of bread, and mix until it is combined completely into the mixture.
On a flat surface / plate, sprinkle 1 cup of unseasoned breadcrumbs. Take one cutlet ball, roll it into the bread crumbs, and shape into burgers.
In a pan, on medium heat, heat 1/4 cup of oil.
While the oil is heating, in a shallow bowl, beat 2 eggs, and a few drops of water, until foamy.
Dip the shaped cutlets, one at a time in the egg mixture and place onto pan. Fry for 5 -7 mins and flip. Cook until eggs are golden color, and the beef is cooked on the inside.
