Green, red, or imli (tamarind) chutney
Cilantro finely chopped for garnish

Crushed red chilli powder or flakes for garnish

Instructions
Corn Bhel Assembly
Prepare corn - if using frozen corn, boil for a few minutes. You can add a pinch of turmeric to the corn (optional)
Cool it completely before assembling.
In a plate add corn, tomatoes, onion, and chutneys as desired.
Sprinkle chaat masala and red chilli powder or crushed red pepper flakes
Garnish with cilantro and sev for a crunchy topping.
Serve immediately.
Green Chutney (optional)
Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until it is a fine, smooth paste. Add a little water if needed.
Store chutney in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
