Yoghurt

Boondi
chickpea flour pearls

Roasted cumin powder

Chaat masala

Red chilli powder

Instructions
To a bowl add yoghurt, water, and ground spices (cumin, chaat masala, red chili powder). Whisk together until combined.
Add the boondi and mix and set aside for 15-20 minutes to allow the boondi to soak in the yogurt mixture.
Garnish with cilantro, and serve cold or at room temperature.
