Adrak Chai
This adrak chai or ginger tea with milk made with black tea and ginger-infused in milk, for the perfect cozy cup of tea in cold weather.

Ingredients

piece of ginger
chopped

whole milk
can use 2% as well

teaspoons
sugar
adjust to taste
3-4
black tea bags
or loose leaf tea
Instructions
In a pot, add 3/4 cup water with chopped ginger. Cook for 3-5 minutes on low heat to infuse the ginger into the water.
Next, add in milk and let it cook, just until it starts to boil.
Add the sugar and tea bags.
Cook on low to medium heat for 3-4 minutes, or longer, depending on how strong you prefer your tea.
Pour into the cups.
Serve hot with extra sugar on the side if needed and your favorite teatime snacks.
