How to make Kachumber Salad
Chop all your vegetables – cucumbers, onion, tomatoes and green chilli.
In a bowl add the diced onion, cucumber, tomatoes and green chilli (if using).
Add in the salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Then add in cilantro.
Mix the salad until everything is fully incorporated.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber, medium diced
- 1 Tomato, large diced
- 1 Onion, medium diced
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
- 2-4 tablespoons Lemon juice
- Salt as per taste
- 1-2 Green chillis chopped (optional – adjust to preferred spice level)
Instructions
