Instructions
Green chutney
Add all the green chutney ingredients to a blender.
Blend until it is a smooth paste.
Prepare the yogurt
In a bowl, add a little sugar to the yogurt. Mix well. You can adjust the sugar as per your taste.
Assemble Dahi Puri
On a plate, add a few puris in one layer.
Crack the puri in the center. Be gentle. You don't want to break the puri; make a hole in the center.
Fill the center of the puri with chickpeas and boiled potatoes.
Sprinkle chaat masala. Drizzle the green chutney and the date and tamarind chutney. Then top with a bit of yogurt.
Garnish with onion, tomato, and cilantro. Sprinkle with sev for crunch.
