Gond Pak is a popular sweet, made with edible gum (gond) wheat flour and jaggery.

This easy recipe can be made on the stove top by cooking together a few ingredients: flour, ghee, gur, and gond

Transfer the mixture to a tray and top with your favorite nuts.
