These beef gola kababs are juicy, melt in your mouth kababs with of traditional Pakistani spices and a hint of smokey flavor!

You will need:  – Ground beef/mince meat,  – Onion – Ginger-garlic paste – Green chili – Red chilli – Garam Masala – Ground spices - mace, nutmeg, ginger powder – Oil for grilling

Mix together the meat and spices. Set aside, covered for 3-4 hours, or refrigerate overnight.

Gola Kabab Mixture

Light a piece of charcoal using the stove, and immediately place the charcoal in the pan onto the foil with oil. Cover immediately.

Smoke the meat

Take a portion and shape it into a ball. Wrap the ball of meat around a wooden spoon. Slide it out of the wooden spoon. You should now have a ball shape with a hole in the middle.

Shape the Kababs

Repeat the last step with remaining kababs.

Shape the Kababs

Cook the kababs on a frying pan or grill.

Grill or Pan-Fry

Serve with a side of grilled onions and pepper, raita and paratha or naan.
