Decadent, melt-in-your-mouth Pakistani carrot pudding

You will need:  - Carrots  - Whole milk  - Sugar  - Cardamom  - Butter or ghee   - Almonds & Pistachios for Garnish

Peel, wash and grate the carrots

Prep the carrots

Add the milk and carrots to a pot. Cook on low heat, uncovered.

Cook carrots in milk

Once carrots are cooked and milk evaporated, add butter/ghee, sugar and cardamom powder and mix.

Add the rest of the ingredients

Mix until combined and milk has evaporated

Mix to combine

Garnish with khoya and nuts

Garnish and Serve
