- Mango – You can either use mango pulp or fresh mango chunks for this recipe. Mango pulp is often found at grocery stores and is consistently sweet, making it the perfect choice for this recipe.
- Yogurt – This is the base of this recipe. Full fat yogurt or Dahi is best for this recipe.
- Milk – Any type of milk works for this recipe. We usually use 2%.
- Sugar – adjust the amount of sugar in the drink to your preference. The amount of sugar you add will also depend on the sweetness of the mango as well.
- Blender – A regular blender, immersion blender, or even a whisk can be used for this recipe. If you prefer a thicker recipe, use either a whisk or immersion blender.

This easy mango lassi drink is made with only four ingredients for a refreshing summer drink for mango lovers!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mango pulp or ½-1 cup fresh mango chunks
- 2 cups Yoghurt
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Sugar adjust to taste
Instructions
- Add mango, yogurt, milk and sugar to a blender or large bowl.
- Blend the ingredients together using an immersion blender or whisk (if using mango pulp).
- Pour into individual glasses, and garnish as desired.
