Easy & addictive, spicy snack made with roasted cashews tossed in a simple spice mix.

You will need:  – cashews, unroasted – Salt to roast cashews – Spices - cumin powder, black pepper powder, Red chilli powder, black salt, Dried mango powder /Amchur powder – Oil

Add the salt on medium heat, then add the cashews. Keep mixing and roast cashews on low until they are slightly golden brown.

Remove the cashews using a slotted spoon, or sieve.

Mix all the spices in a bowl - cumin, black pepper, red chilli, black salt, and amchur (mango) powder.

Make the spice mix

Add oil and the spice mix to a pot on medium heat.

Heat the spices

Add the cashews, and mix until coated

Add the cashews

Transfer to a bowl or tray, to stop the cashews from roasting further. Cool cashews completely.

Transfer to a plate

The masala cashews will stay fresh for at least 2-3 weeks in an airtight container.
