One of our family’s favorite activities used to be going strawberry picking in the summer. The freshly picked strawberries would always be sweeter, and juicier than the regular strawberries available all year long.
This strawberry lassi is the perfect use of those sweet, juicy, freshly picked strawberries!

Ingredients for Strawberry Lassi Drink
- Strawberries – You can either use fresh or frozen strawberries for this recipe.
- Yogurt – This is the base of this recipe. Full fat yogurt or Dahi is best for this recipe.
- Milk – Any type of milk works for this recipe. We usually use 2%.
- Sugar – adjust the amount of sugar in the drink to your preference. The amount of sugar you add will also depend on the sweetness of the strawberries as well.
- Blender – A regular blender, immersion blender, or even a whisk can be used for this recipe. If you prefer a thicker recipe, use either a whisk or immersion blender.
Tips for Strawberry Lassi
- This strawberry lassi yogurt drink is best served chilled.
- The drink can be adjusted to your preferences. Adjust the sugar, milk and strawberries to your tastes.

Strawberry Lassi
Ingredients
- ½ – 1 cup Strawberry fresh or frozen
- 2 cups Yoghurt
- 1 cup Milk
- 2-3 tablespoons Sugar adjust to taste
Instructions
- Add strawberries, yogurt, milk and sugar to a blender or large bowl.
- Blend the ingredients together using an immersion blender or whisk.
- Pour into individual glasses, and garnish as desired.
